 I have my CPT from ISSA, I also have specialized certification in Weight Management, Nutrition, and Group Fitness. My fitness journey started at a young age playing Basketball, Softball, and competing in Track and Field throughout middle and high school. My fitness journey continued to college at Limestone University, where I
studied Strength and Conditioning and was also a part of the
year-round track and field team. Go Saints!!!!!!! I believe that
when it comes to training that you must implement the 7
dimensions of wellness (spiritual, emotional, social, physical,
Environmental, occupational, and intellectual) so that each
client can reach their full potential and live a healthy lifestyle.
